TAMKO Titan XT Roof Replacement on Lantern Lite Parkway

Exceptional Service and Outstanding Customer Support I cannot say enough good things about Evergreen Roofing and Carson. From the very beginning, Carson was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. What truly set Evergreen Roofing apart was the level of support Carson provided while I worked through numerous obstacles with my insurance company. He went above and beyond by taking the time to explain the roofing process, applicable building codes, and the work required for a proper roof replacement. He wrote multiple detailed emails, provided thorough documentation, and supplied supporting information to help ensure my claim was evaluated based on the necessary facts and code requirements. Throughout the process, he was always available to answer my questions, explain my options, and keep me informed. When it came time to replace my roof, the installation crew was outstanding. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, showed great attention to detail, and treated my property with care. The cleanup was exceptional, and my new roof looks fantastic. What impressed me most was Evergreen Roofing’s integrity and commitment to doing things the right way. At every step, Carson demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and a genuine commitment to his customers. He never made me feel like I was facing the insurance process alone. If you’re looking for a roofing company that delivers exceptional workmanship and truly advocates for its customers, I highly recommend Evergreen Roofing. Thank you to Carson and the entire Evergreen Roofing team for making a challenging experience much easier and for providing outstanding service from start to finish.
