About this roof replacement
This roof replacement on Saint Germaine Court in Louisville, KY was completed by Evergreen Roofing in May 2026. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Charcoal, covering roughly 20 squares. The scope also included new chimney flashing, replacement of damaged roof decking where needed and ice and water shield underlayment. Parts of this roof are steep-slope, which called for additional safety setup and staging.
