About this roof replacement
Evergreen Roofing finished this roof replacement on Lincoln Station Drive in Simpsonville, KY in July 2025. The new roof is GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Barkwood, covering roughly 36 squares. The scope also included new gutters and downspouts, ridge vent for attic ventilation and ice and water shield underlayment. Parts of this roof are steep-slope, which called for additional safety setup and staging. This was a storm damage insurance claim, and we worked with the homeowner through the claim process.
