About this roof replacement
Evergreen Roofing finished this roof replacement on Powhatan Lane in Pewee Valley, KY in February 2025. We installed GAF Timberline Natural Shadow shingles in Pewter Gray, covering roughly 42 squares. The scope also included replacement of damaged roof decking where needed and ice and water shield underlayment. Parts of this roof are steep-slope, which called for additional safety setup and staging. This was a storm damage insurance claim, and we worked with the homeowner through the claim process.
