About this roof replacement
This roof replacement on Cedar Way in Frankfort, KY was completed by Evergreen Roofing in March 2025. The new roof is GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Charcoal, covering roughly 16 squares. The scope also included ice and water shield underlayment. Parts of this roof are steep-slope, which called for additional safety setup and staging. This was a storm damage insurance claim, and we worked with the homeowner through the claim process.
