About this roof replacement
This roof replacement on Chenwood Lane in Jeffersontown, KY was completed by Evergreen Roofing in December 2025. We installed TAMKO Titan XT shingles in Thunderstorm Grey, covering roughly 32 squares. The scope also included new gutters and downspouts, new chimney flashing and ice and water shield underlayment. Parts of this roof are steep-slope, which called for additional safety setup and staging. This was a storm damage insurance claim, and we worked with the homeowner through the claim process.
