About this roof replacement
Evergreen Roofing finished this roof replacement on Johnson Farm Road in Louisville, KY in May 2026. The new roof is TAMKO Titan XT shingles in Oxford Grey, covering roughly 37 squares. The scope also included new gutters and downspouts, skylight flashing work, new chimney flashing, replacement of damaged roof decking where needed and ice and water shield underlayment. Parts of this roof are steep-slope, which called for additional safety setup and staging. This was a storm damage insurance claim, and we worked with the homeowner through the claim process.
