About this roof replacement
This roof replacement on Landing Court in Prospect, KY was completed by Evergreen Roofing in August 2025. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Shakewood, covering roughly 54 squares. The scope also included new gutters and downspouts, replacement of damaged roof decking where needed, ridge vent for attic ventilation and ice and water shield underlayment. This was a storm damage insurance claim, and we worked with the homeowner through the claim process.
