About this roof replacement
In July 2025, Evergreen Roofing completed a roof replacement on Reality Trail in Louisville, KY. The new roof is GAF Timberline HDZ shingles, covering roughly 73 squares. The scope also included new gutters and downspouts and ice and water shield underlayment. Parts of this roof are steep-slope, which called for additional safety setup and staging. This was a storm damage insurance claim, and we worked with the homeowner through the claim process.
