About this roof replacement
Evergreen Roofing finished this roof replacement on Saberdee Drive in Louisville, KY in March 2026. The new roof is TAMKO Titan XT shingles in Olde English Pewter, covering roughly 36 squares. The scope also included ice and water shield underlayment. Parts of this roof are steep-slope, which called for additional safety setup and staging. This was a storm damage insurance claim, and we worked with the homeowner through the claim process.
