About this roof replacement
Evergreen Roofing finished this roof replacement on Wood Lake Drive in La Grange, KY in May 2026. We installed TAMKO Titan XT shingles in Rustic Black, covering roughly 35 squares. The scope also included gutter guards, new chimney flashing, ridge vent for attic ventilation and ice and water shield underlayment. Parts of this roof are steep-slope, which called for additional safety setup and staging. This was a storm damage insurance claim, and we worked with the homeowner through the claim process.
