About this roof replacement
Evergreen Roofing finished this roof replacement on Hay Market Drive in Jeffersonville, IN in February 2026. The new roof is TAMKO Titan XT shingles in Natural Timber, covering roughly 24 squares. The scope also included new gutters and downspouts, replacement of damaged roof decking where needed, ridge vent for attic ventilation and ice and water shield underlayment. Parts of this roof are steep-slope, which called for additional safety setup and staging. This was a storm damage insurance claim, and we worked with the homeowner through the claim process.
