About this roof replacement
In March 2025, Evergreen Roofing completed a roof replacement on Spring Street in Jeffersonville, IN. The new roof is GAF Timberline Natural Shadow shingles in Charcoal, covering roughly 20 squares. The scope also included new gutters and downspouts, gutter guards, new chimney flashing, replacement of damaged roof decking where needed, ridge vent for attic ventilation and ice and water shield underlayment. Parts of this roof are steep-slope, which called for additional safety setup and staging.
