About this roof replacement
In May 2025, Evergreen Roofing completed a roof replacement on Landing Court in Prospect, KY. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Charcoal, covering roughly 35 squares. The scope also included new gutters and downspouts, skylight flashing work, replacement of damaged roof decking where needed, ridge vent for attic ventilation and ice and water shield underlayment. Parts of this roof are steep-slope, which called for additional safety setup and staging. This was a storm damage insurance claim, and we worked with the homeowner through the claim process.
